Damien D. Berthiaume has been practicing law for approximately 12 years, with a focus on real estate conveyancing and development and general litigation. He has experience representing clients in all trial courts within the Massachusetts trial court system. He also represents multiple lenders in residential and commercial loan closings. Damien has been active in bar association matters. He is a former co-chair of the Worcester County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, former co-chair of the WCBA Professional Responsibility Committee, and is currently co-chair of the Superior Court Committee. Damien has also served multiple terms as a member of the WCBA Executive Committee. He has frequently presented at seminars within the Worcester County Bar Association and recently presented at a Massachusetts Bar Association seminar in Boston on the topic of representing a lender in a residential loan closing.
